DUI

Denyelle Kern, 34, of Kempton, was arrested Feb. 27 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 300 block of South 16th Street, according to Emmaus police. Kern was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Talynn Alexis Crouse, 20, of Coopersburg, was arrested Feb. 18 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to Emmaus police.

A 25-year-old male, of Upper Darby, was arrested March 9 for allegedly driving under the influence in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. He was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Protection from Abuse violation

A 35-year-old male, of Hillsville, Va., was arrested Feb. 10 for an alleged protection from abuse order violation, according to Emmaus police.

A 35-year-old male, of Hillsville, Va., was arrested March 10 for an alleged protection from abuse order violation, according to Emmaus police.

A 44-year-old person, of Macungie, was arrested March 6 for an alleged protection from abuse order violation, according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

A male allegedly removed cologne and perfume, valued at $60, from CVS, 702 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 9.

A male allegedly went behind a front counter to remove cologne and perfume, valued at $530, from Rite Aid, 1328 Chestnut St., according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 12.

Theft

A package, valued at $45, was removed from a mailbox in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported March 22.

Found item

A car key with a yellow dealership tag was found at the intersection of North Second Street and Elm Street Feb. 9, according to Emmaus police. The key is stored at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.
