CONTRIBUTED PHOTO He might have just had a pie in his face, but Mr. Krempasky, Whitehall-Coplay Middle School vice principal, is all smiles as he takes part in a smashing-fun pie activity recently to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Brandon Bird, in eighth grade, stands with him. Students were challenged to donate loose change during lunches for a week. The change earned them votes for teachers. The teachers who earned the highest amount of money were rewarded with a pie in the face. Combined with other fundraisers, donations totaled more than $855 for the organization.
