Faith Wesleyan Church invites children of the community to a drive-through egg hunt 1-3 p.m. April 3 at the Schnecksville Fire Company.

The event will take place behind the main buildings on the Schnecksville Fair Grounds, 4550 Old Packhouse Road.

Registration is not required. There will be prizes for all the kids, and costumed characters to wave and greet them along the route.

The Easter Bunny will be there to say hello as you drive through.

Church representatives report this egg hunt will be different from previous ones due to COVID-19, but it will still be a fun-filled, family friendly event for the community. Rain date is April 10.

Faith Wesleyan will have Easter worship services at 9 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. April 4 at the church, 3356 Route 309, Orefield.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, Laurys Station, will celebrate Easter on April 4 with an online worship service at 10:15 a.m.

Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, will host Easter worship in the grove 6:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. April 4

Bring a chair for the outdoor worship.

Another option is to remain in your vehicle in the parking lot and tune into an FM radio site for the audio.

The services include communion.

Union Lutheran Church, Schnecksville, will have services in the parking lot at 7 p.m. Maundy Thursday, April 1, and Good Friday, April 2.

On Easter Sunday, April 4, Union Lutheran will offer services in the parking lot at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.

Drive-through communion will be offered.

The pastor welcomes everyone to come and celebrate the day that love conquered the grave.

President of the Upper Lehigh Historical Society Adam Schneck invites the community to a meeting at the Schneck House 7 p.m. April 8.
