Bethlehem Catholic’s cheerleaders were crowned District XI Class 2A champions at the Competitive Spirit Championships on March 6 at Easton Area Middle School.

Coached by Colleen Ianetta, the Hawks outscored Pen Argyl and Lehighton in the 2A small division by almost 30 points.

Class 3A small division champions were Pleasant Valley.

Class 3A large division champions were Nazareth. Northampton won the wild card bid to states, placing second in the 3A large division.

Coed division champs were East Stroudsburg South.

Bethlehem Catholic’s cheerleaders include Keianna Lopez, Maura Harnett, Mckenna Harnett, Skylar Skurjunis, Natalia Kokosky, Megan Papscy, Reilly McNally, Emma Valle, Olivia Maund, Helen Hrazanek, Elise Lembach, Juliana Gaglione, Reese Kucher, Bryelle Gritz, Karley McNally, and Lauren Arciuolo.

The Hawks will compete in the PIAA State Competitive Spirit Championships on April 10 at the Giant Center in Hershey.
