Judith C. Kubinsky, 74, died March 9, 2021. She was the wife of the late Edward S. Kubinsky Sr.

Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Martha (Roth) Krause.

She was a graduate of East Stroudsburg College, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

She worked in the accounting department at Greif and then for American Express, from which she retired.

She was a member of St. John Fisher Catholic Church and the former St. Lawrence the Martyr Church, both of North Catasauqua.

She is survived by a son, Edward S. Jr. and his wife Andrea; a daughter, Laurie S. Mink and her husband Albert; a granddaughter, Ruth Kubinsky; two grandsons, Josh Kubinsky and Stanley Edward Mink; a brother, Richard Stoudt; and two sisters-in-law, Kathy Kubinsky and Nancy Altenbach and her husband Jim.

She was predeceased by a sister-in-law, Rose Ann Stoudt; and a brother-in-law, Michael Kubinsky.
