James A. Schock Sr., 86, of Northampton, died March 3, 2021, at VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s, Lower Saucon Township. He was the husband of Carol (Achey) Schock for 64 years.
Born in Northampton, he was a son of the late Joseph Sr. and Josephine Schock.
He was a mason for many years. He then worked in the maintenance department for the Northampton Area School District until he retired.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Pamela R. and her husband Charles Brinkman and Tammy J. Miller and her husband Michael, all of Northampton; three sons, James A. Jr. and his wife Cindy of Sunrise, Fla., Frederick J. and his wife Kiki of Bethlehem and Richard W. of Easton; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by four brothers, Joseph Jr., Frederick, Franklin and Richard Schock; and two sisters, Mary Piscitelli and Irma Schock.
Services will be private.
