Joyce L. (Myers) Rex, 82, of Slatington, died March 5, 2021, surrounded by her family in her home.

She was the wife of the late Leon P. Rex III.

Born Aug. 22, 1938, in Bedminster, Bucks County, she was the daughter of the late Milton and Miriam (Myers) Myers.

She was co-owner with her late husband of Jo-Le Equipment, Slatington, for more than 30 years.

She was a member of Grace Gospel Chapel, Allentown.

Her survivors include children Alan D. Rex (Bonnie) and Kenneth S. Rex (Stacy), all of Slatington, Brenda S. Snyder (Glenn) of New Ringgold, Marvin E. Rex (Cheri) of Sharpsburg, Ky., Glenn D. Rex (Kim) of Slatington; sisters Kathy James (Dale) and Arlene Supplee, all of Bedminster, Loretta Sklarow (Jeff) of Telford; brother-in-law Arland Hofman of Harleysville; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a sister, Joan Hofman.
