Mitchell J. Kasenic, 59, of Emmaus, died March 1, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, He was the husband of Shawn (Myers) Battee. Born in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Anthony and Charlotte (Lockhart) Kasenic.

He worked as a book binder for Ingram Book Company for the last 14 years.

He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Lea Ann Herman; brothers, Michael and Miles; a sister, Merlinda and her husband, Robert Bisese; stepchildren, Durintay Myers, Julia Myers, Dominique Myers, Jorie Myers and Courtney Crandell; a host of nieces and nephews; best friend, Newbry Mitchell; grandchildren.

Arrangements were made by the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., Emmaus.
