Highway Safety Network Traffic Safety Coordinator Tracy Fox has partnered with Emmaus Public Library to present a free “Teen Driving: What You Need to Know” Zoom program 7-8 p.m. March 25.

Topics include the Graduated Driver Licensing system, driving responsibilities, seat belts, distracted driving, driving under the influence, traffic laws and more.
