Pearl F. Follweiler, 86, of Kempton, died Feb. 21, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.
She was the wife of the late Ralph M. Follweiler, who died in September 2019.
Born in Lynn Township, she was the daughter of the late Milton W. and Pearl F. (Hemerly) Hamm.
She and her twin brother were raised by the late Charles and Nellie Frey.
A 1952 graduate of Slatington High School, she was a secretary for the former Western Electric for three years and then later was a secretary for Jacob’s Church, New Tripoli, from 1981-2015.
She was an active, lifelong member of Jacob’s Church having served as the head of Jacob’s Women of the Church, singing with the choir, and helping with numerous church events.
She was also a former 4-H leader in Lynnport.
Her survivors include her three loving children David R. Follweiler of New Tripoli, Susan D. (Robert) Stufflet of New Ringgold, and Michael P. (Denise) Follweiler of Kempton; grandchildren Jennifer Dzedzy, Christopher Phillips and Jacob Follweiler; and great-grandchildren Collins Dzedzy and Lucas Phillips.
She was predeceased by her brothers Paul, Morris and Nevin Hamm, and her twin brother, Howard L. Hamm, who died only six days before she did on Feb. 15.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be made to the church memorial fund, 8373 Kings Highway, New Tripoli, PA. 18066.
