Charlotte K. Becker, 68, of Walnutport died on Feb. 23, 2021, in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown.
She and her husband, Roy H. Becker, were married 49 years.
Born Aug. 7, 1952, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Edgar F. Lorah Sr. and Ruth I. (Krum) Lorah.
A graduate of St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Kutztown University.
She was a registered nurse manager at St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill campus, for 35 years before retiring in 2006.
Since her formal retirement, she taught nursing at Lincoln Technical School from 2012-20.
She was a member of Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, and a several term president of the former Northampton Lions Club.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by children Jessica A. Becker, Jacquelin A. Campbell (Mark) and Juliana A. Coleman (Michael), all of Walnutport, Jared H. Becker (Tara) of Schnecksville, and Justin A. Becker (Michele) of Northampton; siblings Dalton R. Lorah (Mary), Keith H. Lorah (Rosemary), Dwight R. Lorah (Carol), Vernon K. Lorah (Kay), Edgar F. Lorah, Jr. (Jennifer), all of Walnutport, Kathyann E. Lorah-Silfies (Terry) of Northampton, and Timothy M. Lorah (Melissa) of Kunkletown; and 12 grandchildren.
