Peter Daniel, 89, of Bethlehem, died Feb. 22, 2021, while in the care of St. Luke’s Hospital, Fountain Hill. Born in McAdoo, he was the son of the late John D., Sr. and Mary (Kunda) Daniel. He was the husband of Betty Ann (Hadinger) Daniel for 52 years.

He was in the United States Army during the Korean War.

He was a millwright for 37 years for the Bethlehem Steel Corp. until he retired in 1988.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a brother, Emil Daniel of Hazleton; two sisters, Anne Goranitis of Hazleton and Joan Denesvich of Drums; nieces; nephews.

He was predeceased by several siblings.
