To the Editor:

Pennsylvania House Bill 38 is to keep the Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and surrounding county voting blocks from sending liberal judges to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, judges who rule based on their political outlook rather than the rule of law.

Remember how the Pennsylvania Supreme Court decided to not consider the allegations of voter fraud at the Philadelphia Convention Tabulation Center?

Can you see the need for House Bill 38?
