Kevin A. Chapkovich, 77, of Emmaus, died Feb. 10, 2021, in his home. He was the husband of Jeanne (Tremblay) Chapkovich. They were married for 18 years. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Katherine (Ifcic) and Louis Chapkovich Jr.

He was a graduate of the University of Toledo, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering.

He owned and operated American Security Corporation, Hatfield, for 32 years, retiring in 2012.

He loved to golf, fish and sail, but most important to him was spending time with his family.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Brian and his wife, Jennifer; grandchildren, David and Sarah; a daughter, Nora.

A public viewing will be held 7 to 8:30 p.m. Feb. 18 in the Schantz Funeral Home, P.C., 250 Main St., Emmaus. Further services will be private for the family.
