The first days of February were snow days for students in the Northwestern Lehigh School District.
Students had two back-to-back snow days as the region was pummeled with snow.
Some 27 inches of the white fluff fell and winds blew the snow making roads impassible almost immediately after they were plowed.
The school district’s ground crews needed almost two days to remove snow from parking lots and playgrounds.
According to weather forecasts, more snow is in store for the rest of February, along with below freezing temperatures.
