I think about heaven, and what it is like,

I think it will be a spectacular sight!

Millions of stars and moonlit nights;

Thousands of angels in heavenly flight.

Beautiful rainbows, and clouds floating by;

The beauty that glows in the awesome sky.

A magnificent sight, so splendid, so grand,

Can be seen by everyone, o’re all of the land.

I think there are flowers of every kind,

The fragrance and colors will blow our mind.

The sun and the rain will give nourishment,

As they bloom and become so divine.

When it is time for my journey to heaven,

I’m hoping God’s waiting for me.

I need the angels to show me the way,

So all of my loved ones I’ll see.

It’s been a long time since I saw them.

It will be nice to see them again;

It will be a wonderful reunion, I know,

But I don’t know where, or know when.

When I make my journey to Heaven’s Garden,

I’ll be leaving some loved ones behind.

Don’t grieve for me, dear family,

I have earned my peace of mind.

I’ll reserve some places beside me,

So we will all be together again;

Live your life strong, and be happy;

Because, we never know where,

or know when!
