Coplay Sports continues its 2021 sign-ups for baseball and softball on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Sign-ups are at the Coplay Sports clubhouse, 200 Maple St.

The remaining sign-up dates will be 6-8 p.m. Feb. 17 and March 13 and noon-2 p.m. Feb. 20 and March 6. Parents can also sign up online at Coplaysports.org

Both Romano, Coplay Sports baseball commissioner, and Coplay Sports President Wes Christman anticipate a successful season for both baseball and softball. They are planning an exciting in-person opening day celebration in early May.

The borough street department had a challenging week of hard work and long hours contending with the major snowstorm that almost seemed like it would not end. An appreciative thank you is extended to the street department’s team.
