Linda Sue Briody, 71, died Feb.1, 2021, at ManorCare West Allen, Allentown. She was the wife of Clifford Briody for 50 years.

She was a daughter of James and Norma (Hall) Duff.

She was a 1967 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic HS.

She attended Bethlehem Business School.

She worked at Lehigh University’s Linderman Library for 25 plus years before being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which she had suffered for 25 years plus.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two sons, John and Shaun; a sister, Kathleen Drennan; two brothers, Thomas and Kevin; five nephews, Jason, Michael, Brian, Todd and Timothy; four nieces, Jennifer, Ilyse, Lisa and Karen; four great-nephews, Jackson, James, Douglas and Joshua; and three great-nieces, Colleen, Holly, and Dakota.

Contributions may be made payable to National Multiple Sclerosis Society, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or any charity of one’s choice.

Arrangements were made by Connell Funeral Home Inc., Bethlehem.
