Sylvia Marth, 81, of Whitehall, died Jan. 25, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Cedar Crest. She was the wife of John F. Marth Jr. for 61 years.

Born in Northampton, she was a daughter of the late Charles J. and Helen C. (Buchina) Rockovits.

She was employed at the former Hess’s Distribution Center for many years.

She was a member of St. John the Baptist Church, Stiles.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children, John F. III and his wife Christine, Jeffrey D. and Janine E. Egan and her husband Timothy J.; four grandchildren, Brandon, Steven, Paige and Lauren; a brother, William J. Rockovits and his wife Veronica; a sister, Carol Leicht and her husband William; nieces; and nephews.

She was predeceased by a son, Christopher.
