Joseph L. Macaluso, 74, of Whitehall, died Jan. 12, 2021. He was the husband of Rosemary (O’Donnell) Macaluso for 50 years.

Born in Palmerton, he was a son of the late Joseph L. and Anna S. (Cellucci) Macaluso.

He was an educator at DeSales University and Kutztown Area School District.

He was a member of St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, Whitehall.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Maribeth Kuhn and her husband Barry of Allentown and Lisamarie Rubino and her husband Joseph of Chalfont; three granddaughters, Ashley, Bayley and Gianna; a brother, Larry Macaluso; and a brother-in-law, Bruce Frassinelli.

He was predeceased by a sister, Marie Frassinelli.
