Pearl M. Painz, 97, of Fellowship Community, Whitehall Township, died Jan. 9, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospice, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Floyd O. Painz.
Born in Tatamy, she was a daughter of the late Ira and Florence Stoudt.
She graduated from Nazareth High School and cosmetology school.
She was a hairdresser for many years.
She was a member of Christ United Church of Christ, Allentown. She attended services at Fellowship Community Church.
She started and organized the Troxell Street neighborhood annual garage sale that continued for many years.
She is survived by a daughter, Marlene Chaney with Richard of Hatboro; a son, Edward with Doreen of Westminster, Colo.; four grandchildren, Brian, Michael, Melissa and Nicholas; and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by four sisters; and four brothers.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
