James Adam Moyer, 40, of Alburtis, peacefully died Jan. 8, 2021. He was the loving husband of Laura M. (Reichart) Moyer. Born in Belleville, N.J., he was a son of Theodore R. and Marianne (Simons) Moyer.

He was a 1998 graduate of Emmaus High School and was employed by the Sheet Metal Workers’ Local Union No. 19.

He was very smart, had a very creative mind and worked at H. T. Lyons, Inc. as a sheet metal worker and welder.

Since he was young, he had a passion for working on computers.

In his free time, he enjoyed playing golf, vacationing at the beach and working out. He loved spending time with his family and three dogs. He was a lifelong Eagles fan and was very good at playing guitar. His great personality, humor and bright smile will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

He is survived by his wife; mother; father and wife, Violetta; stepdaughter, Emma; brothers, Daniel and his wife, Rebecca, Brian and his wife, Jaclyn and their son, Isaac; aunts; uncles; cousins.

A visitation will be held 10 to 11:30 a.m. Jan. 23 at the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., 274 N. Krocks Road, Allentown. Services will be private. Due to the current health situation, masks and social distancing will be required.
