Dorothy E. Beitler, 90, of Fogelsville, died Jan. 17, 2021, in Mosser Nursing Home, Trexlertown, just one day shy of her 91st birthday.
The widow of Clifford C. Beitler, she was the daughter of the late C. Paul and Edna (Wert) Grim.
She worked for various sewing factories in the Lehigh Valley as well as AT&T.
She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Fogelsville.
She loved listening to country and polka music and watching The Uncle Jeffrey show, regularly.
Her survivors include daughters Denise Stoudt (Richard) of Kutztown and Lucille Hyrowich (Wayne) of Fogelsville; son Edward Beitler of Fogelsville; sisters Mildred Newhard (Warren), Helen Wessner, Ruth Billig, Shirley Horning and Carol Ashe; granddaughter Jodi; great-grandchildren Nicholas and Isabella; and nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a brother, Robert Grim.
Visitation will take place 1-1:30 p.m. Jan. 21 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 1028 Church St., Fogelsville.
There will be a private family service with the Rev. Nelson Quiñones officiating. Interment at Fogelsville Union Cemetery.
State guidelines will be followed limiting the number of people allowed inside the building. Face masks will be required.
