Carl M. Rabenold, 85, of Macungie, died Jan. 14, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, surrounded by his loving family. He was the husband of Alice E. (McGovern) Rabenold. They would have been married for 64 years this June. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Robert and Vivian J. (Ginkinger) Rabenold.

He was a foreman for the recreation department of the City of Allentown for many years, retiring in 1997.

He was a lifetime member of the Fearless Fire Company.

He enjoyed attending stock car races at Dorney Park. He was an avid Phillies, Eagles and Penn State fan.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife; a son, Timothy C. and his wife, Donna, of Macungie; grandchildren, Ashley and Anthony Reese; great-grandchildren, Nolan and Emersyn.
