Anna Claire Mangino, 89, of South Whitehall Township, died on Jan. 9, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital Hospice, Allentown.

Born in Catasauqua, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Charles and the late Anna Paulina (Polchik) Superka.

She and her husband, Francis Joseph Mangino, were married 68 years.

A graduate of Sacred Heart School of Nursing, Allentown, she was a registered nurse for Dr. Hastings for many years.

She was a member of Cathedral St. Catharine of Siena Catholic Church and a volunteer for the Women’s Alliance Ladies of Charity at Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation.

She enjoyed her Sheltie dog, Tammi.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a daughter Teresa Mangino and husband, John Douglas Vokes, of Allentown; and son Francis A Mangino of Emmaus.

Her service will be private at Robert C. Weir Funeral Home, Allentown.

Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown.
