Frances M. Manwiller

Frances M. Manwiller, 88, died Dec. 30, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital. She was the wife of Paul C. Manwiller. They celebrated 70 years of marriage Sept. 2, 2020. Born in Powder Valley, she was the daughter of the late Elmer Graber and Mary (Long) Graber. They lived in Emmaus for 61 years and then resided in a retirement community in Allentown.

She graduated from Allentown Central Catholic High School.

She was a lifelong member of St. Ann Catholic Church, where she loved to volunteer at the Fall Festival and Woman’s Club organization.

She owned her own bakery shop and spent many years working in the food service industry. She worked at several local restaurants. She always worked hard, caring about each person she serviced. She loved baking, sewing and crocheting.

She resided at a retirement community with her husband where she enjoyed playing bingo. Her faith and family guided her life.

She is survived by her husband; daughters, Karen and her husband, Barry Hangey, of East Greenville and Sharon and her husband, Thomas Ney, of Loveland, Ohio; grandchildren, Andrew and Matthew Ney and Ryder Hangey; a sister, Lauree Spangler, of Venice, Fla.
