Scott D. Goodwin, 56, of Schnecksville, died suddenly Dec. 26, 2020, in Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Born July 12, 1964, in Long Branch, N.J., he was the son of Nancy A. (Bradford) Goodwin of Chester, N.J. and the late Robert D. Goodwin.
He grew up in Chester and was a 1982 graduate of West Morris Central High School and a 1986 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy,
He honorably served as a first lieutenant in the U.S. Navy during the First Gulf War.
After the Navy, he worked in sales with his most recent position being North American Distribution sales manager for Mako Compressors at Ingersoll Rand.
His passion was spending time with his family and friends, attending Navy football games and listening to Christian music.
He was an active member of Hope Community Church, Fogelsville.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Danielle (Jankowski) Goodwin.
They were married for 17 years and were blessed with triplets, Madison Grace, Mackenzie Catherine and Braydon Scott, who are now 14.
He is also survived by siblings Robert A. Goodwin and his wife, Marianne, Russell C. Goodwin and his wife, Laura, and his sister, Stephanie A. Goodwin Ramsey; nieces, nephews; and many other loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the U.S. Naval Academy Alumni Association or to The National Cerebral Palsy Foundation, c/o of the funeral home, P.O. Box 196, Schnecksville, PA 18078-0196.
