NASD kindergarten and first-grade online registration begins Jan. 18. To register your child, visit nasdschools.org, click the 2021-22 Kindergarten Registration link on the left side and follow directions.

For admission to kindergarten, your child must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1. For admission to first grade, your child must be 6 years old on or before Sept. 1.

Children currently enrolled in kindergarten in the school district need not register for first grade. When visiting the registration link, you will see all the health requirements and other important information.

There will be no school Jan. 18 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

The end of the second marking period for secondary students will be Jan. 21.
