Candy Lee Cordes, 52, beloved daughter of Emma E. and adored sister of Jocelynn, died Dec. 24, 2020.
She attended Lower Cape May Regional High School and went on to study theatre at Montclair State University.
She spent many decades working as a model and actress in both New York and Los Angeles and was a member of SAG-AFTRA, the Screen Actors Guild.
She was a multi-talented artist who had many passions. She painted, gardened, decorated and did woodworking. Her musical interests included playing the flute, singing, and most recently, performing in the bell choir at Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church where she was a member.
But her greatest passion of all was for the seaside town of Cape May, N.J. which was her favorite place on earth.
Ever a quick wit, she was known for delivering rapid-fire zingers to the delight of (mostly) all within earshot. Her zest for life and her enthusiasm were contagious and will be missed by all who knew her.
