A. I am currently enrolled in 12th grade at Emmaus High School.

A. My father’s name is Murali, my mother’s name is Vaishali, my sister’s name is Srishti and my dog’s name is Cocoa.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. My favorite subject is history because we can learn from the past and prepare for the future.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A. I have received EHS academic awards for grades 9-11 and highest status (Level 10) for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning training programs by iDTech.

Q. Are you involved in any extracurricular activities? How has COVID-19 impacted these activities?

A. I am heavily involved in the Steel Hornets Robotics Club and the Lehigh Valley Youth Volunteer Council. My goal of advancing to the world championship with my exceptional team this year has been severely impacted by COVID-19 this year. Serving the community during this pandemic has become even more important and meaningful to me.

Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?

A. Integrating into public school as a freshman without previously attending school in America.

Q. What is your next goal after high school?

A. My next goal is to attend a 4-year undergraduate program for computer science/engineering.

Q. Whom do you admire? Why?

A. I admire Jack Ma, founder and CEO of Alibaba, because his journey demonstrates the power of perseverance.

Q. For what would you like to be remembered?

A. For always trying to help others.
