Millie Christman

Millie Christman, born in Jefferson Township, Berks County, died Christmas Day 2020, surrounded by her family.

She was the daughter of the late John E. Fox.

Married Dec. 6, 1958, to David K. Christman, they resided in Weisenberg Township for 51 years where they raised their six daughters.

Together, they were the owner/operators of David K. Christman Trash Removal and Christman Septic Service from 1970-84.

She loved to garden, crochet and speak Pa. German.

Politically conservative, she had a great love for America and for all it stands.

She also loved to travel with her family and had been to all 50 states, as well as Russia, Brazil, Peru, Canada, Germany and many other European countries.

Her survivors include daughters Cheryl Shuja (Nadir) of Steelton; Jacqueline McGuire (Ed) of St. Clair; Elizabeth Christman (Alex Wright) of Philadelphia; Katrina Cartwright (Jim) of New Springfield, Ohio; Sharon Hodges (Patrick) of Winter Haven, Fla.; Carole Reden (Russell) of Yorktown, Va.; grandchildren Amy and Brock Cartwright, David, Kyle, Allison, Tanner, Brett and Luke Hodges, Alexandria, Isabella, Russell III and Amelia Peden, and Azaria and Jabril Shuja; great-grandchildren Kylie, Chloe, Leah and Sullivan and two more to be born in 2021; sisters Joan Kantner and Susan Beck.

Her burial will be private. Condolences may be offered to the family at kellerfuneralhomes.com.

In lieu of flowers, she wanted donations to be made to President Donald Trump’s official election defense fund at secure.winred.com.
