Jean E. German, 94, formerly of New Tripoli, died Dec. 22, 2020, in Cedarbrook Senior Care and Rehabilitation, South Whitehall, where she resided.

She was the wife of the late Francis A. German.

Born Feb. 27, 1926, in Heidelberg Township, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Ella (Schaffer) Guldner.

She was a sewing machine operator for the former Ironton Fashions for eight years before retiring in 1976.

She was of the Lutheran faith.

Her survivors include daughters Donna J. Laudenslager and her husband, David, of Walnutport, Carol F. Hartman and her husband, Dennis, of New Tripoli; son Kevin L. German and his wife, Robin, of New Tripoli; son-in-law David Andrews of Arizona; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Diane E. Andrews, and sister Nora A. Mack.
