Thomas “Tommy” Yanders, 64, of Nazareth and a resident of Step By Step Inc., Bethlehem, died Dec. 23, 2020.

He was a son of Mary Ann (Stubits) and the late John Yanders of Northampton.

He previously worked at Kurtz Training Center.

He was a member of Queenship of Mary Church, Northampton.

Since 2007, he attended the SPARC day program of ARC of Lehigh and Northampton Counties.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by a brother, Robert and his wife Lynne of Harpswell, Maine; a sister, Janet Heminitz and her husband John of Walnutport; six nieces and nephews, Heather, Janelle, Brad, Jocelyn, Melissa and Matthew; and two great-nephews, Paxton and Nolan.

Services will be private.

Contributions may be made to ARC of Lehigh and Northampton Counties SPARC program or to the church, both c/o the funeral home, 326 E. 21st St., Northampton, 18067.
