DUI

Sarah Weber, 38, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 20 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 1300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to Emmaus police. Weber was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Donald Keiser, 56, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 20 for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 200 block of Palencar Street, according to Emmaus police. Keiser was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Possession of a controlled substance

Jared Back, 35, of Bensalem, was arrested Nov. 19 for alleged possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and driving with a suspended license in the 300 block of State Road, according to Emmaus police.

Theft from motor vehicle

A catalytic converter, valued at $800, was removed from a Ford truck while it was parked at the East Penn School District garages on North Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 1.

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,600, was removed from a Honda Element while it was parked in the 100 block of Spruce Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 1.

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,500, was removed from a Honda Element while it was parked in the 200 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Dec. 4.
