Northampton Area Food Bank is requesting donations of the following items, to be distributed for Christmas: turkeys, canned cranberry sauce, corn, green beans, canned sweet potatoes, gravy packets and boxed stuffing.

Donations can be dropped off Wednesdays, 9:30 a.m.-noon, before Dec. 21.

The food bank is located at 1601 Canal St.

The Northampton Borough Municipal Building will be closed Dec. 24 and 25 for the Christmas holiday.

Monday bingo at Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave., has been canceled until further notice.
