St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 122 Union St., is asking for your generosity and support for Catasauqua Community Food Bank.

From now until Christmas, the church will be holding a nonperishable food drive for the food bank. Please place donations in the designated area located by the side door.

The food bank will also accept gift cards for any grocery store in the Lehigh Valley.

Holy Trinity Memorial Lutheran Church, 604 Fourth St., will continue to hold the Soup on Wednesdays initiative until Feb. 24, 2021. The time is 4-5:30 p.m., while supplies last.

Takeout soup will be handed out at no charge to anyone who comes. Each week will feature a different hearty soup.

If interested, volunteers are needed. Call Robin at 610-264-2641 if you would like to help with this project.

Holy Trinity’s next free community lunch will be 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Dec. 26.

Show up for a scrumptious hot meal and some time for fellowship with your Holy Trinity family and your Catasauqua neighbors.
