Martin J. Gorr, 74, of Macungie, died Dec. 9, 2020, at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. He was the companion of Diane Sterner. Born in Allentown, he was the son of the late Donald J. Sr. and Elizabeth H. (Kuhns) Gorr.

He owned Martin J. Gorr Trucking Company since 2004.

He will be remembered for his love of his grandchildren and his enjoyment for racing Micro Sprints and early days of Sportsman racing at Dorney Park.

He is survived by a daughter, Deanna Schmidt; a son, Martin J. Jr. and his wife, Julia; his companion, Diane; brothers, Gary L. and his wife, Linda, Dale A.; sisters, Patricia A. and her husband, Michael Kistler, Judith A. and her husband, Charles Mohr, Mary A. Engle; grandchildren, Madison, Riley, Brody and Logan; nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a brother Donald J. Jr., sisters, Barbara A. Gross and Deborah J. Quier.
