Criminal mischief

A CAT excavator and other construction equipment were damaged between 12:30 p.m. Nov. 13 and 7:30 a.m. Nov. 16 at a construction site at Commercial Center Drive and Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A vehicle was slightly damaged when it was struck by a person during an argument between two people at a residence in the 5300 block of Bradford Lane, Lower Macungie Township, Nov. 12, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

DUI

A 42-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly was driving under the influence at the intersection of East Texas Road and Maplewood Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 3:16 a.m. Oct. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Drug possession

An 18-year-old male, of Allentown, allegedly was in possession of a small amount of marijuana in the 5600 block of East Texas Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:55 p.m. Nov. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
