Brenda J. Isamoyer
Brenda J. Isamoyer, 59, of Weisenberg Township, died Dec. 6, 2020, at home.
Born in Allentown, she was the adopted daughter of Mildred Gehringer of Kutztown and the late Harold Gehringer.
She was the biological daughter of the late Calvin and Jane (Dorney) Isamoyer.
A member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Whitehall, she was confirmed in Ziegels Lutheran Church, Breinigsville.
She was very proud of her large book collection, and never gave up trying to push her love of books onto her son.
She loved to take her son and nephews to the movies when they were younger.
She loved football, especially Penn State and the Eagles, and she always wanted her son involved in sports and made every attempt to get to his practices and games.
She also adored animals, and was always willing to take in animals and raise them no matter the circumstances.
In these last 19 months, she devoted all her love and attention to her precious grandson, John.
In addition to her adopted mother, Mildred Gehringer, and son, Charles Isamoyer (Devin) of Breinigsville, she is survived by her adopted brother Kenneth Gehringer (Diane) of Kutztown; stepmother Sandy Isamoyer of Allentown; stepbrother Todd Gorr of Catasauqua; stepsisters Shannon Baccari of Emmaus and Sheri Gorr Burden of Emmaus; grandson John Isamoyer; and nephews Cyrus Gehringer (Jenny) of Kutztown, and Wyatt Gehringer (Leah) of Kempton.
Visitation will take place 10-11 a.m. Dec. 11 at Keller Funeral Home, 1018 Church St., Fogelsville.
Her funeral service will be private. Interment at Ziegels Union Cemetery, Breinigsville.

State guidelines will be followed limiting the number of people allowed inside the building at the same time. Face masks will be required, and social distancing will occur.
