• Deadline to sign up for Santa Run (organized by Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company), to be held starting 9 a.m. Dec. 19 around Moore Township. Gifts are to be placed outside the residence in a hidden area to be retrieved by firehouse personnel just before Santa’s arrival. Pictures can be taken outside only. • Santa travels on a firetruck, starting noon, around Northampton. The fire department has canceled its original Santa Run due to the COVID-19 pandemic but is conducting this abbreviated version.

• Do-it-yourself “Gingerbread Mouse” storytime begins (book and activity sheet with ideas following the five early literacy practices included).
