Whitehall Township police have made three arrests in the Nov. 27 shooting in the parking lot of a township business.
According to the report, officers were called 5:11 a.m. to Latest Food Trends Restaurant and Lounge, 1234 MacArthur Road, for a report of shots fired.
The southbound lanes of MacArthur Road were closed for a few hours while Whitehall Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division surveyed the scene.
Police Chief Michael Marks reported Nov. 30 that Waldemar Medero Cora, 24, with a last-known address of York, was charged with the following offenses: persons not to possess, use, manufacture, control, sell or transfer firearms - a felony 1 - and recklessly endangering another person - a misdemeanor 2.
Whitehall Police Lt. James Lucas said Dec. 1 that two additional arrests were made.
According to the report, Miguel Delanuez, 33, of Allentown, and Hector Mercado, 55, of Bethlehem, were charged with tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and criminal conspiracy, both misdemeanor 2 offenses.
The investigation is continuing, police said. No other information was available at press time.
