During the month of December, Emmanuel’s Lutheran Church, 3175 Valley View Drive, will help Bath Area Food Bank by collecting canned fruits, toilet paper and paper towels.

Also appreciated this month are canned yams/sweet potatoes, stuffing mix and grocery gift cards, preferably for Ahart’s.

The food bank is no longer accepting Jell-O or pudding.

Drop all gift cards, placed first in an envelope marked “food bank,” into the lock box located on the wall in the vestibule to the downstairs parlor.
