Nellie Ruch, 99, of North Whitehall Township, died Nov. 11, 2020, in the inpatient hospice unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the wife of the late Stanley E. Ruch Sr.

Born in Catasauqua, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Fedorchek) Bobersky.

She was a 1939 Whitehall High School graduate.

She was a member of Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Egypt.

She was a 50-plus-year member of Rose Croix Order of the Eastern Star Chapter 235, Catasauqua. She was a former member and past Worthy Matron of the former Jessie K. Berlin OES. She was a member of the NOVA Auxiliary and the Young at Heart senior citizens group.

She is survived by three children, Buell A. Ruch with Mary Anne of Walnutport, Carolyn M. Ruch with whom she resided and Stanley E. Jr. with Jill of Stockertown; two sisters, Anna Mikitka of Bethlehem and Catherine Hamm of North Carolina; three grandchildren, Allen and Jason Ruch and Sabrina Frey; and two great-grandchildren, Derian and Mollie.

She was predeceased by five brothers; and one sister.

Services will be private.
