St. Elizabeth of Hungary Roman Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., will be selling single-bloom poinsettias this year.
Color varieties include red, white, pink and burgundy, all newly grown at Garden City in Catasauqua.

Order deadline is Nov. 30.
Flowers can be sent home with a school student Dec. 11 or picked up in the parish hall 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Dec. 13.

St. Elizabeth’s is also having a bake sale. Orders are due by Dec. 7.

Options include chocolate chip, cream cheese cupcakes, nut tossies, oatmeal raisin and Dusty Dog treats.

St. John’s United Church of Christ, 575 Grape St., wants to thank everyone who placed an order for the nut and fruit sale.
The anticipated time of arrival should be middle to end of November. You will be contacted when products arrive to arrange a drive-by pickup or delivery time.
For those of you who missed this opportunity, there still may be a few extra items to purchase from the assortment of deluxe mixed nuts (no peanuts), pecan halves, giant cashews, healthy mix, tropical blend and mixed chocolate cranberries.
