PRESS PHOTO BY JIM MARSH Salisbury Township's public works road crews are out Nov. 5 to repair a section of roadway along 33rd St. S.W., near Capital Street. The road was severely damaged by swiftly moving flash flood runoff Aug. 7, during the visit to the Lehigh Valley of Tropical Storm Isaias.
