Parent-teacher conferences for Gockley, Steckel and Zephyr elementary schools and Whitehall-Coplay Middle School students will take place Nov. 23, 24 and 25. No students will come into the buildings on these days; rather, they will be learning in an asynchronous model.

Your child’s teacher will communicate on the structure of the three days of assignments and what the live check-in will look like.

Also, you will receive confirmation via electronic communication from your child’s teacher with the conference time and date, held by Zoom or phone when necessary. Please confirm with your child’s teacher you are able to attend.

This will be the only time parent-teacher conferences are held during the school year.

Parents/guardians of third- and second-grade students who received notices about dental exams must meet the requirement. A dental exam is required by Pennsylvania for all students in third grade. If your child has recently seen the dentist and you have not returned the private dentist’s report dental form, please return the completed and signed exam form to the school nurse as soon as possible.
