Carlos Perez Allende, 81, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 8, 2020, in his home. Born in Rio Grande, Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Bernardo and Esperanza (Allende) Perez. He was the husband of Ana Luisa Romero Perez.

He was a firefighter and a driving instructor in Puerto Rico.

He was a member of First Hispanic Baptist Church, Bethlehem.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Janet Perez-Cardona and her husband Jose of Bethlehem; two sons, Carlos Perez of Bedford Heights, Ohio; and Alexy Perez and his wife Rebeca of Kiamesha Lake, New York; six siblings, Angel Perez, Sergio Perez, Julia Perez, Felix Perez, Esperanza Perez and Isamel Perez; and nine grandchildren, Yanjeliz, Citlaly, Carlos Jose, Xiara, Zashira, Carlos Gabriel, Samuel and Angelyz.

He was predeceased by four siblings, Reynaldo, Juanita, Mario and Olga Perez.
