DUI
A 64-year-old female, of Allentown, was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence after troopers were dispatched to the intersection of Lower Macungie Road and Little Spur, Lower Macungie Township, for a female sitting in the roadway next to a vehicle 1:14 a.m. Oct. 24, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Getz Towing also responded.
Pedestrian accident
An Allentown man was slightly hurt when he was struck by a minivan at the intersection of Liberty Lane and Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:40 pm. May 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male was struck when a vehicle attempted to make a left turn onto Liberty Lane where he was walking. The male suffered minor injuries and was taken by ambulance to Lehigh Valley Hospital.
Criminal mischief
A resident of the 5400 block of Springridge Drive West, Lower Macungie Township, found damage to a rose bush and claimed someone cut several roses from the bush between 4 p.m. Oct. 25 and 10:30 a.m. Oct. 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A person entered an industrial warehouse currently under construction in the 8600 block of Congdon Hill Drive, Lower Macungie Township and drove a John Deere Gator utility vehicle into a wall damaging numerous light gauge metal framing beams between 5:30 p.m. Sept. 25 and 7 a.m. Sept. 26, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Damage totaled approximately $4,200, including the utility vehicle, framing beams and drywall.
