Simple assault

Cleary Christiante Reed, 44, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 16 for alleged simple assault and harassment following an incident in the 1500 block of Pine Top Circle, according to Emmaus police. Reed was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

Possession of a small amount of marijuana

Mark Michael Charles 44, of no known address, was arrested Oct. 19 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, trespassing and false reports in the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to Emmaus police. Charles also allegedly made a false 911 call Oct. 19.

Theft from vehicle

A catalytic converter, valued at $1,200, was removed from a Honda Element while it was parked in the 600 block of Harrison Street. The incident was reported Oct. 23.

Burglary

A rear patio door was forced open and items were removed from a residence, according to Emmaus police. The incident was reported Oct. 18 in the 1600 block of West Wood Street.

PFA violation

A 38-year-old male, of Coopersburg, was arrested Oct. 22 for an alleged violation of a protection from abuse order following an incident in the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, according to Emmaus police.

Terroristic threats

Brian C. Hamersly 36, of Emmaus, was arrested Oct. 27 for alleged terroristic threats and harassment after an incident in the 500 block of Dalton Street, according to Emmaus police.
