Sheckler News: Report cards sent home soon

The end of the first marking period at Sheckler Elementary School was Nov. 4.

Report cards will be sent home Nov. 10.

There is a Catasauqua Area School District board meeting planned for 7 p.m. Nov. 10.

Sheckler Elementary is in need of three daily substitute teachers to start immediately. A valid Pennsylvania teaching certification is required.

The qualified candidate will report daily 7:45 a.m.-3:15 p.m. This candidate will be required to substitute in kindergarten through fourth-grade classrooms or expressive arts positions, such as music, art, library, gym and STEAM.

The compensation is $130 per day.
